Independent OECD DAC and UNEG-aligned mixed-methods evaluation across Fiji, Kiribati, Solomon Islands, and Tonga. Designed and implemented the midline household survey across the four countries, reporting against outcome indicators including savings group functionality, financial inclusion, and women's economic empowerment.

Mid-term contribution analysis of a four-agency UN consortium programme reaching 5,508 rural women across five municipalities in Madhesh Province, using theory of change reconstruction, WEAI and GALS gender-transformative tools, GESI audits, and an annual monitoring survey with multi-stage cluster sampling.
Institutional review of Nepal's public sector institutions
Institutional capacity assessment of five federal bodies (Nepal Electricity Authority, Nepal Tourism Board, Department of Tourism, CIAA, National Information Commission) through qualitative interviews, institutional analysis, and capacity-gap diagnosis.

Disaggregated statistical analysis of electoral inclusion (gender, caste and ethnicity, geography, disability, age) and systematic media content analysis for Nepal's 2026 federal parliamentary election.
Status of Women in Biratnagar study
Design and analysis of a survey of more than 14,000 households on women's socio-economic representation, economic participation, and experiences of violence, translated into municipal policy recommendations.
Baseline study, Green Transition Portfolio
Mixed-methods baseline in Sudurpaschim Province establishing 38 indicators on green growth, climate resilience, and sustainable development, combining household surveys, an enterprise census, and multi-stakeholder consultations.
End evaluation of SSLI-5 and proposal development
OECD DAC end evaluation of a multi-sector integrated development project targeting 1,800 Chepang indigenous community members in Makwanpur, with recommendations on scale-up and handover to local government.

Designed the evaluation framework for a bilateral rural infrastructure programme, with attention to attribution and contribution in a multi-donor environment.
Gender-responsive design of agricultural risk management bundles, India
Mixed-methods study of index-based insurance and credit-linked risk management for smallholder farmers in Odisha, examining how gender shapes access, uptake, and benefit incidence. Led APSIM crop modelling of gender-differentiated weather-risk impacts and authored an IFPRI research note.
